RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your fishing lures, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. Only products in their original packaging will be accepted.

Shipping
We primarily use the public postal service to ship our lures as they offer the lowest available rates. Postal service interruptions or delays are out of our control.
When will my lures be shipped to me?
We strive to fulfill and ship the lures out on a timely basis (within 3 business days). This may take longer during the busy holiday season. Once the package is in the postal system, then it will be up to the postal service. A tracking number is available for you to track your order, when it has been shipped.
